1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Nyx Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our services must not be used for any illegal or malicious activities. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Hosting online gambling sites or applications.
• Conducting DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks or running botnets.
• Hosting or distributing Phishing pages, Malware, or other exploits.
• Sending SPAM or Unsolicited Bulk Email.
• Hosting pornographic content or illegal material that violates Indonesian or international laws.
• Engaging in carding, fraud, or any digital scams.

Violation of the above terms will result in immediate termination of services without refund and permanent account suspension.

3. Pay As You Go & Billing Policy

Some of our services (like Dedicated Panel and AI API) use a Pay As You Go (PAYG) system. Your account balance will be automatically deducted based on usage (e.g., per active hour or per token processed).

If your account balance is depleted, active services will be automatically suspended until you top up your balance. All processed payments are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nyx Hosting provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain our server uptime (99.9% SLA), we are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages resulting from service interruptions or hardware failures.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.

5. Changes to Terms

Nyx Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
